1. Each angler must fish the peg drawn but may cast or retrieve from neighbouring pegs in cases of strong tides/wind etc if there is no objection from anglers on the pegs concerned.

2. In pegged comps anglers are allowed to fish with one rod at a time only but may have a spare rod with baited rig attached standing by.

3. L.S.A.A. size limits are to be strictly adhered to; any angler bringing a blatantly undersized fish to the weigh-in may be disqualified.

4. Anglers must endeavour to keep their fish alive and in good condition.Three fish of each species only will be weighed in.

5. A maximum of three hooks is allowed (a rapala type lure is to count as three)

6. Anglers must cast and retrieve un-aided, assistance in gaffing/netting fish is allowed, junior anglers may receive assistance to cast in certain circumstances to be decided by the committee/match sec.

7. No litter, old bait etc. is to be left at the venue

8. All casting styles are allowed however in case of complaint i.e. if an angler is thought to be a danger to others the committee/match sec. will ask the angler to moderate his casting.

9. All pegs must be returned to the match sec at the end of the comp.

10. Anglers must at all times fish with consideration for others and members of the public.

11. Anglers may only weigh-in fish they have caught, pooling bags will result in disqualification and prosecution.
